Error: You must specify a class for transactions in fund [value] when validating to post.

Validation fails and the exception reads Error: You must specify a class for transactions in fund [value]. 
If all distributions have the class defined, please contact Support and reference this article.  A copy of the database may be needed.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Administration>Post.
  2. Choose New Post Parameter.
  3. Filter on necessary information.
  4. Validate.
  5. Validation Failed. View error:  Error: You must specify a class for transactions in fund [#]. 
When viewing the fund in General Ledger>Configuration>Funds, the fund has a class defined. When viewing the transaction causing the error in Accounts Receivable, a class is also defined in the GL Distribution.
