When comparing the Total revenue and payments report to the Revenue by payment method report, you may find the the amount paid for merchandise don't match. The Total Revenue and Payments report may have been removing specific merchandise orders that had taxes and were refunded.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
Steps to Duplicate
From Revenue, select Total revenue and payment
Enter your date range and view the report
On another tab, from Revenue, select the Revenue by payment methods report
