Option #1: The patron can have their eTicket resent to them, and pull the ticket up on their mobile device.
Option #2: If tickets are normally printed for this program, then the ticket can be printed from the Sales Order:
- Navigate to Sales > Order Search
- Search for the Patron name or the Order number, and open the Order record
- At the top left underneath Tasks, click Print order
- Mark the check box for Tickets, and click Print
- Once the tickets have printed out, scan them as usual
