Admin users in eTapestry are responsible for managing (adding, removing, editing) all other users and control what kind of security rights those users have. If you need to become an admin user in your eTapestry database, there are some procedures to follow. These procedures are in place to ensure your organization's security and protect the integrity of your data.
Any admin user can manage other users within eTapestry. Please contact your admin user if you wish to change your current rights or create a user account for you in eTapestry. If they are unsure how to do this, please see our best practices on Users and Security Groups.
If you are the only admin for your organization and your user has been disabled, or all currently listed admin users are no longer with your organization so you need to create a new one, a Site Administrator for your organization (as listed on Blackbaud.com) must submit a request to either enable your user account or have one created for you. Please contact support and provide this article ID to reference your issue and we will guide you through this process.
