When a user opts out of emails from NetCommunity, a profile update will come through to the plugin to update the constituent's record as request no email. After the profile update has been processed, the request no email checkbox will be marked on both the Bio 1 tab and NetCommunity tab of the constituent's record. 

Note: there may be rare times when the NetCommunity tab doesn't update, but this is only cosmetic. As long as Requests No Email is marked on the Bio 1 tab of the Raiser's Edge record, the NetCommunity website will respect this value. The NetCommunity website ignores the value on the NetCommunity tab of the record.
