The file could not be downloaded. The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

When attempting to download the Post File on the history tab in a Post to GL list you are thrown the message: The file could not be downloaded.  The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  This issue occurs when a limited rights user attempts to download a post to GL file generated in the following output formats:

Sage Peachtree® post format
Intuit QuickBooks® (IIF) post format
 
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Revenue >> Post Revenue to GL

2. Click on any GL Process

3. Click on History Tab

4. Click the down chevron.

5. Click Download Post File

6. Note the corresponding error message.

Workaround:  A system administrator will need to download the post file.
