You can set up a community group's smart group membership by students' graduation years using the Registered Students (Prior, Current, and/or Next Year) topic.
  1. Go to Extracurricular > Group finder.
  2. Type in the Group Name
  3. Click on the community group name.
  4. Click on the Roster tab.
  5. Click Manage.
  6. Under Member Details, click on Edit Smart Group List.
  7. Select the topic titled Registered Students (Prior, Current, and/or Next Year).
  8. Select Grad Year, Equals, the desired graduation year.
  9. Add another row
  10. Select Enrolled Current School Year, Equals, True.
  11. Click Save & Exit.
  12. Under Member Details, click Manually Refresh Members to update the membership.
