To view the report:

  1. Navigate to: Analysis> Reports
  2. From the Category drop down, select User Management: Login Information.
  3. Click Run for the Unclaimed Profiles report.
  4. Set the Role filter to All roles or to any particular role.
  5. Set the Reason filter to see the potential reason for not signing in. 
  6. Generate Report.
  7. Export to PDF, Word, or Excel.

To create an advanced list:

  1. Navigate to: Analysis> Manage Lists.
  2. Click on Manage basic and advanced lists.
  3. Select List Templates
  4. From the Category drop down, select Constituent Information.
  5. Click to page 2.
  6. Click View/Copy for User Login Information.
  7. In the Select Objects tab, expand Constituent Information and select User Login Security.
  8. On the right, make sure User Role is the only object with a check next to Inner.
  9. In Display Fields, select Enable Group Options in the top-left.
  10. Click on Select Fields.
  11. In the popup, expand User Base, expand User Login Security, and select Has Password.
  12. Click Select.
  13. In the Filters tab, under Object Filters, add a new row for User Login Security.Has Password.
  14. In the Condition popup, select False.
  15. Click Select.
  16. Give your List a name (required).
  17. Add your list to an existing category or create a new one (optional).
  18. Click Save.
  19. Click Preview to view your list's results.
