If I have supporters that need to add offline donations, how can I accomplish that in everydayhero? If I have received donations via check, cash, or other method, how can I update the fundraising goal to reflect these donations?
Offline donations include any funds received outside of the everydayhero platform. This commonly includes donations received via check, cash, or event registrations. These donations can only be added to supporter pages, not team pages. Offline donations will not be included in transactions imported into Raiser's Edge or eTapestry via the integrations.
All organizations can add offline donations to a specific supporter page via the Fundraisers tab within the everydayhero Charity Account. Fundraisers can login to the everydayhero fundraiser account to enter Offline donations directly on their Supporter Page. Donations entered by fundraisers will appear on the Donations Report within the Charity Account. This feature is enabled by default for all organizations with a Starter subscription on everydayhero and cannot be disabled. For organizations with an everydayhero Pro subscription, they can enable or disable a fundraiser's ability to add offline donations on a per-campaign basis by marking the "Allow Supporters to Record Offline Donations" checkbox on the Campaigns>Supporter Pages tab.
