Create and edit only the page content categories they have been given access to by a Page Manager. Content Editors cannot create or edit the layout of webpages.
Note: Each of the groups in onCampus (academics, athletics, community, activity, advisory, dorm) also have a Content Editor. Respective Group Managers assign Group Content Editor access.
Also: Be certain that 'Group Content Editor' has been granted 'Group Page Access' to the group they are given access to. Without it, they will only be able to edit items and not create new ones (for lack of an available publish location)
