If a Contract can be edited, there will be a red X. If there is a padlock Icon instead this means the Contract is attached to a User(s).  

You remove Contracts within an Individual Students record via navigating to:
  1. Go to Enrollment Management
  2. Using People Finder, search for the candidate
  3. Select the Contracts Tab
  4. Select the trash can icon to remove the Contract from this User


You can remove Contracts with all the Contracts listed for all Users:
  1. Go to Enrollment Management
  2. Enrollment > Select Contracts 
  3. Select Assign Contracts Types
  4. Filter on the preferred School Year , Contract Type and any other filters as needed 
  5. Select View
  6. Select Delete to remove the contract from the student
