Bordered tables are helpful when displaying payment schedules and explaining payment plans to parents.
Currently, this is completed through plain text while using HTML. Parents will not experience issues when completing contracts, but when attempting to print them the formatting of the table may be lost, it will look like lines of text without spaces.
Another option is to use HTML to create bullet points and altering the wording/explanations to fit a bullet list. It is the school's preference on which to do.
Schools can choose to compromise and take out a lot of "nice to have" information so the contracts look/perform better.
