To create this list you can go to any module and then navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists > Manage Basic and Advanced Lists
  2. Click the List Templates tab
  3. Category: Constituent Information
  4. Page 2
  5. Click View/Copy User Login Information
  6. Name the list
  7. Under Select Objects Tab
  8. Add User Login Security
  9. Parent/Child Relationship
  10. Add User Base to Parent/Child Relationship 
  11. Add Candidate to User Base [1] under Admission
  12. Under the Display Fields Tab, click Select Fields
  13. Mark First Name, Last Name
  14. Under the Filters Tab Click the + to add a line under Global Filters and find User Login Security.Has Password is False
  15. Click the + to add a line under Global Filters and find User Role.Role any of Parent of Candidate    
  16. Click the + to add a line under Global Filters and find User Detail.User Name is not null
  17. Name the list and select the category if desired
  18. Save & Exit
