The Date purchased field is not pulling consistently in my Registrants Query

When using the field Registrations\Date Purchased or Mapped Registrations\Registartions\Date purchasted in Results fields to display of query, you may see that this field does not consistently populate for your Registrants.
Our product engineers have reviewed the issue, and has been unable to duplicate this behavior in the most recent version of Altru. If you experience this issue, chat with support with the following information:

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Analysis, Click Information Library, Add an Ad-hoc Query
  2. Choose the Source view of Registrants
  3. On the left click Event, From the middle drag Event Record to Include records where and set equal to your event name
  4. On the left click Registrations, From the middle drag Date Purchased to Results fields to display
  5. On the left expand Mapped Registrations, click Registrations. From the middle drag Date Purchased to Results fields to display
  6. Preview the query and see that Date Purchased is not populating for all constituents
