When adding an account to the bank or credit card feeds setup in The Financial Edge NXT, an error occurs. We're sorry, there was a technical problem updating your account at [bank name]. Please try again later. (Error 412)
This error occurs when the bank's site is experiencing technical difficulties which will need to be resolved by the bank. If you are able to successfully log into the bank's site and see your transactions, please chat with Support.
Please provide your tenant ID for NXT web view and include the exact steps that your are taking in web view.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log in to The Financial Edge NXT, click on Treasury 2. Click Manage bank feeds > add accounts 3. Search for the bank account, enter Company ID, User ID and password 4. Click add > receive error
