You are able to manage this Web Form text directly from the main program page or the fundraising event page. Additionally, if you need to customize text for a specific event within a program you can configure custom text on the event as well. Below we outline the process for adding this text from each location.

Adding a Program Description
  1. Go to Tickets Program Search
  2. Search for the program you need to enter a description for
  3. Go to the Web Forms tab
  4. Click Edit
  5. Enter the description and Click Save.

Adding a Program Event Description
  1. Go to Tickets Program Search
  2. Search for the program you need to enter a description for
  3. Click on the Event from the Calendar or from the Event List
  4. Go to the Web Forms tab
  5. Click Assign Custom Description
  6. Check the Create a custom description for this event
  7. Enter the description and Click Save

Adding a Special Event Description
  1. Go to Events >
  2. Search for you event name in the Search window or select from the calendar
  3. Go to the Web Forms tab
  4. Click Edit
  5. Enter the description and Click Save

Note: If you are entering hyperlinked text in your description, use Chrome or Firefox. Hyperlinks will not be created in Internet Explorer.
