When logging into Altru after switching to single sign on, you may receive the message, "Please enter your previous user name and password one last time to finish linking your accounts."
If this is your first time logging into Altru: After switching to single sign on, all users need a Blackbaud.com login and an Altru account. You will first log into Blackbaud.com, then click on Altru. Upon receiving the above prompt, enter your Altru username and password then select Link Accounts. After linking the two accounts, you will only be required to use your Blackbaud.com credentials for all future logins.
