Email lists in NetCommunity have blank values for email when using Education Edge data source

NetCommunity lists with a education Edge data source(individual/student/educations Edge persons) do not pull in the designated phone type from the record in Education Edge for some records. The list in NetCommunity shows a blank value for email address even though the email is present on the record.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, if the individual has a corresponding Raiser's Edge record a constituent list can be used to send email.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate or observe the issue:
  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. navigate to email > lists
  3. create a new email list
  4. select data source of education edge persons or individual
  5. Select query from education edge 
  6. Save the query
  7. Once refreshed edit the query again and select view list tab
  8. Use filter by email status to select 'no email address'
  9. Notice corresponding record in Education Edge have correct email type with value in Education Edge
