Users report TeamRaiser registrations from Luminate Online do not sync to the RELO plugin in Raiser's Edge. No Queue Problem Management (QPM) errors occur to help troubleshoot the issue.
When a partial refund is done before running a sync, TeamRaiser registrations do not sync and do not throw a Queue Problem Management error. This issue was resolved in the September 2017 release of the RELO plugin and web services. Previously, the RELO Plugin rejected all refund transactions coming from Luminate Online. Now, when processing TeamRaiser registrations, partial refunds are handled by taking the transaction with the latest valid amount. Please update to the latest plugin and web service version to resolvethisissue.
NOTE: Full refunds should continue to be handled manually. If a refund is processed in Luminate Online after the original transaction was processed in the RELO plugin, the process will still reject it (as a duplicate), so that must be handled manually also.
