Connect Raiser’s Edge enables you to automatically update and add information to your Raiser’s Edge database based on information entered into your ON products, including an option for school employees. In the settings, there is also an option to apply constituent codes by employee type. However, users may notice that even if the employee type is not marked, those employees are still entering the plugin to be matched and linked.
If the option to Include employees in the group of records to sync is selected in the ConnectRE settings, then information for all employees is included. The checkboxes in settings are only for turning on the option to add a specific constituent code to the employee's constituent code based on their employee type. At this time, there is no option to prevent certain employees from syncing by type.
