Funds can be moved around in Reserve funds or Line Items.

To transfer money between Reserve funds follow these steps:
 
  1. Click on the small arrow next to the Reserve fund then click Transfer Funds
  2. Input dollar amount to adjust the fund by (either in the 'by' field' or 'to' field')
 
NOTE: If you want to transfer into your fund fill in the amount in the 'by' field. This will give you the option to select a fund to transfer from. If you want to transfer out of the fund fill in the amount in the 'to' field. This will give you the option to select a fund to transfer to 
 
  1. Select the fund you want to transfer from/to
  2. Click Transfer Funds
 
To transfer to/from line items follow these steps
 
  1. Click on the arrow next to the yellow folder of your category, then click View Details
  2. A Pop-up box will appear that lists line items for that Category
  3. Click on the arrow next to the Line Item you want to adjust, then click Transfer Funds
  4. Input amount you want to adjust the fund by
  5. Click Transfer Funds

In some cases, there are blockers in place that do not allow these adjustments to be applied. In these cases please reach out to Blackbaud Customer Support and provide the following details:
  • The amount that the Budget must be adjusted by
  • The amount any of the categories or subcategories must be adjusted by
  • If moneys are added, how you would like these added moneys to be applied; either by new Reserve Fund or added to existing Reserve Fund
These corrections must be handled by our Services Desk and require careful consideration before any changes are made.
