My applicant got locked out of their account and hit the reset password button. They got an email with a password but still can not sign in. The email received may look like this: Dear Grantseeker, Your password is: 4Fh+hAns7?IT. Log in to Your Application Account,https://www.grantrequest.com/AccountManager.aspx?sid=XXXX, at anytime to access your application forms.
Often the problem is that the grantee is using the period at the end of the temporary password. They should copy and paste the temporary password from their email making sure not to use the period at the end. For the above example the password is 4Fh+hAns7?IT
