Member pre-sale event message on web forms does not disappear after pre-sale period ends

Member pre-sale event message on web forms does not disappear once online sale start time begins.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

While we are working to resolve this issue, please try the below steps to remove the message from the web form:
  1. Navigate to Tickets >Program Search
  2. Open Program
  3. Click drop down next to event and select Edit
  4. Click on Pre-sale tab
  5. Click on Online Sales underneath Sales method to highlight line item
  6. Click Clear
  7. Repeat for each event within the program

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Tickets > Program search
  2. Open Program
  3. Click drop down next to event and select Edit
  4. Note Online Sales has begun for event
  5. Click on Pre-sale tab
  6. Click on Online Sales underneath Sales method to highlight line item, then select Edit. Note: pre-sale tickets are restricted to membership.
  7. Click OK and Save event
  8. Navigate to the web form for this event
  9. Add ticket to cart and see Member pre-sale event message still even though online sale period has begun
