After receiving emails indicating that there are changes in Donor Central and updating those changes in FIMS, upon going to Admin Portal to mark the changes as processed the changes do not appear.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release or patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Receive email stating the following, "Items in bold have not been updated in your system. Please make the necessary changes for the contact(s) listed below. 2. Go to FIMS and make the changes listed in the email 3. Go to Donor Central\Admin Portal\User Tracking\View Report/Process Changes 4. See that there is nothing listed in that area.
