There are two primary factors that determine whether or not a Staff member will receive an email for a student that has been assigned a consequence. 

Is the Consequence in question set up to send email notifications? 
  1. Go to Academics> Conduct> Conduct Setup
  2. Click the Consequence tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the consequence in question.

  1. If the Notify Staff option is marked, the consequence is set up to send email notifications.

Has a staff member been assigned to the consequence? 
  1. Go to Academics > People Finder > Student's name > Conduct Tab.
  2. Edit the Infraction.
  3. Click Add Consequence.
  4. Use the Assigned to drop-down to choose the appropriate Staff member.
  5. Click Send.
