The application fields are populated through the parent's and candidate's profile fields. If the parent and candidate do not have an address added to their profiles, it will not populate to the application. Since they are not able to update this field while filling out the application, the parent will encounter Error: please fill in the missing information. The address field will also be blank.

  1. Update the parent and candidate's address on their contact cards
  2. Enrollment Management > People Finder > Candidate's Checklist tab 
  3. Delete Application or Allow Resubmit
  4. Request Parent's to Fill out application with the address field populated
