I have some questions on FIMS CRM Salesforce, who can I contact for that?
In Blackbaud FIMS support we support issues with the data sync between FIMS and FIMS CRM Salesforce, however we do not support any issues or questions with CRM itself as that is a Salesforce product. For example, if you have a question on how to create a report in Salesforce, or any other function directly in Salesforce that does not involve the FIMS to FIMS CRM sync, that would not be something we can assist with.
