An automatic debit payment will go into process 1 business day prior to the due date. To determine if a payment is in process:
  1. Login to
  2. Go to the family's account
  3. View the Billing Summary page (Family Main Landing)
  4. If a payment is under the Paid column for the current billing month, click on the amount to view the status
  5. You can also view the payment information under Payment History
  6. Once a payment is in process, it cannot be stopped. 
  7. If a payment is not in process but should be, review the Account Settings at the bottom of their Family Main Landing page to determine if there is a one-month or permanent stop on the account.
