- Login to school.smarttuition.com
- Go to the family's account
- View the Billing Summary page (Family Main Landing)
- If a payment is under the Paid column for the current billing month, click on the amount to view the status
- You can also view the payment information under Payment History
- Once a payment is in process, it cannot be stopped.
- If a payment is not in process but should be, review the Account Settings at the bottom of their Family Main Landing page to determine if there is a one-month or permanent stop on the account.
