We have a News category that allows users to leave comments on it. This story has been posted on our public front end site. Some of the comments have spelling or grammatical errors that I would like to correct. Can this be done if the comments are not set to require approval?
Even though the comments do not require approval, they can still be edited in the approval screen. Since approval isn't required, the comment automatically gets the status of "Approved". Changing the filter in the approval screen will allow you to view and edit comments whether they need approval or not.
Steps to Duplicate
Navigate to onMessage
Under the Approval menu select News
Use the filters to search for the News Category and Date Range
