If a student was imported into the system and not brought in through Enrollment Management, an official Candidate Profile will need to be created to add a school to the profile.

An alternative to this is instead of adding this information in Enrollment Management this information can be added to Core as a transfer school enrollment row. This can be done by doing the following:
  1. Navigate to Core > People finder
  2. Search for the Student
  3. Click on the Access tab
  4. Click the pencil icon under Personas
  5. Click Enroll in transfer school
  6. Select the Transfer School, the School Year, and the Grade they were enrolled in as well as an Enroll and Depart Date
  7. Click Save & Exit
