- Go to parent.smarttuition.com
- Click on I am a first-time user
- Enter only TWO of the three pieces of information requested. The screen will not allow all three:
- E-mail address provided to Smart
- Primary Telephone Number provided to Smart
- Smart Family ID - can be obtained from the enrollment confirmation email, the Welcome Letter or their invoice
- Click Submit
