The expiration dates for guest passes do not match the expiration date of the membership for members that processed their membership renewal online

This issue has been resolved in version 5.11. All sites have been updated in October 2018. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
Steps to Duplicate
Confirm the Guest Pass expiration setting
Click Memberships > Click the name of the membership
Click on the Benefits tab > Click edit
Find the membership level and guest pass benefit. Review the expiration date settings and make sure it's set to membership expiration date
Sell a 1 term membership to a constituent
Click Constituents > Constituent Search
Search for and select the constituent
Click add membership
Choose a membership program and level that has 1 and 2 term membership options
Choose the 1 term options
Adjust the expiration date to expire this month
Complete the membership transaction
Run the membership renewal process for the constituent
Click Memberships > click on the name of the membership program
Click set up membership renewal notices
Make sure the correct membership level and expiration period is selected
Change the preference section at the bottom of the screen to email
Click process membership renewal notices
After the notice has processed send the emails
Renew membership through email link
Access the renewal from your email and click on the email renewal link
On the membership webform change the term to the 2 year membership term
Complete the membership webform
Review the Guest Pass Expiration date and membership expiration date on the constituent's record
Click Constituents > Constituent Search
Search for and select the constituent
Click on the Guest Passes tab > take note of the expiration date
Click on the Memberships tab on the constituent's record
