How to make a past student into a candidate

A past family is looking to re-enroll their student but we cannot find how to make then a candidate again. How do we do this?
You can make a past student a candidate by:
  1. Navigate to Enrollment management > Admissions Management > Reapply candidates.
  2. Select the Entering Year (the last year they applied)from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Role: Past Student.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Mark the checkbox next to the student's name.
  6. Select the appropriate Checklist, Entering Year, and Entering Grade from the drop-down menus.
  7. Click Save & Exit.
