Unrestricted Fund Balances are not Updating in CRM

Unrestricted Fund Balances are not Updating in CRM, how can we fix that? 

This issue occurs because the field mapping defined in FIMS does match the field mapping defined in CRM. Additional fields can be defined in CRM which do not match or sync to FIMS fields but all fields defined in FIMS must have a match in CRM.

The field mapping will appear in the ttMap.txt file in the sync logs. There may also be custom fields defined in FIMS CRM Sync Mapping in FIMS which will also show in the ttMap.txt file.
You can see the CRM mappings by logging onto their CRM and going in to Setup/Build/Create/Objects/Table Name.

This can also occur if he ‘Unrestricted’ field has no match in FIMS so no data will sync to it from FIMS for example if the field name were changed. Once the field is created the fund data will need to be re-extracted to populate that field.
