Begin your query:
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of Sales Order and click OK


Add fields to Include records where:

  1. In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, then select Program events. From the middle column, drag Event Record into Include records where box. Set Equal to your program event.
  2. To exclude refunds: In the left column, highlight Sales Orders. From the middle, drag Refund status text into Include records where. Set Equal to Not Refunded


Add fields to Results fields to display:

  1. In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, expand Sales Order Item Ticket Registration, then select Registration Information. From the middle column, drag Question into Results fields to display.
  2. From the same middle column, drag Response into Results fields to display.
  3. Note: This way also shows a duplicate line for every question and answer, if you want it to show cleaner you can use KB: I need a list of all registrants with required registration questions and answers
  4. To see the Registrant name: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, expand Sales Order Item Ticket Registration, then select Registrant. From the middle column, drag Name into Results fields to display.
  5. (Optional) To see Price Type: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, then select Sales Order Item Ticket. From the middle column, drag Sales Order Item Ticket into Results fields to display.
  6. (Optional) To see Membership status: In the left column, expand Constituent, expand Member, then select Membership. From the middle column, drag Status into Results fields to display.
  7. Note: This will show the status of every membership the constituent has if they have multiple memberships. If the field is blank that means the constituent doesn't have a membership.
  8. To see amount paid: In the left column select Sales Order Item. From the middle column, drag Net Amount into Results fields to display.


Save your query:

  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name your query
  3. Save and Close
