After installing FIMS on a new workstation, launching FIMS for the first time results in a prowin32.exe Application Error that reads: Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application.
The event log error indicates that Visual C++ is not installed on the workstation trying to run FIMS. However, Visual C++ is required to run FIMS. In order to resolve this error the FIMS WorkstationSetup.exe needs to be run on the workstation. For more information on the event log error please reference Visual Studios help page.
Right click on the FIMS icon on a new workstation > Receive the error
