The FIMS CRM sync was reported as not functioning starting on April 20th which caused data between FIMS and FIMS CRM to not sync in customer systems.
This issue was caused by a change that was implemented by SalesForce regarding retiring the internal routing for API endpoints. This issue has been resolved. For more information regarding the changes in the SalesForce API endpoint, see the following:
