To resolve this error, verify that your LCRM campaign is mapped to a donation form in LO that is published and accepts online/offline donations. Also make sure that only one donation form in LO is mapped to your LCRM campaign. If multiple donation forms are mapped to a single campaign, then the system is unable to choose which donation form to submit the payment to.

If nothing is cross referenced to your LCRM campaign, it's possible you have a default form specified in your site settings. Process credit cards through Luminate CRM with no cross-references.

You'll also want to verify the type of payment you're creating in LCRM is allowed in the LO donation form. Confirm the donation amount is not lower than the minimum donation amount and that it accepts the payment method and payment type you are entering in LCRM.
