Transaction Manager - PDF download file is blank

When using the Transaction Manager Part in BBIS, user will find that when they attempt to export their transactions via PDF the results will return with a blank screen. 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to the Transaction Manager Part as a logged in user. 
2. Under the "History" tab select the Export drop down. 
3. Click the option for .PDF 
4. Note that the .PDF loaded a blank page.
