Unable to see mobile signature in Chrome

When attempting to view the mobile signature for MobilePay transactions in Chrome, the screen is black.
To view the signature, log into the BBMS Web Portal using another browser. Internet Explorer and Firefox show the signature correctly with a white background so it is visible.

This was resolved in the July 2018 release, any transactions after July 23rd 2018 will show a white background in Chrome. Transactions prior to that date should be viewed in another browser.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into https://bbms.blackbaud.com/
  2. Go to Transactions > Transaction Search
  3. Enter criteria to find the transaction and click Search
  4. Click the 3 dots next to the transaction and select Details
  5. Click View mobile signature, at the bottom of the Transaction section
