Follow these steps respective to your device type.
1. Uninstall Seraphim Church App by holding down the app icon on your iOS device, and click the "X".
2. Reinstall the app by searching for Seraphim Software in your App Store.
1. Open settings on your phone
2. Open applications
3. Find the Churchapp and click on it
4. Click on Storage
5. Click on the clear cache button
6. You may then close out settings and re open the Church app
**If this doesn't solve Android login complication, please uninstall/reinstall by searching for the app in your App Store, and tapping the Uninstall button.**
