- By default, the system treats references and reviewers as external users. They are invited to set up an account in the system with an external email and personal password.
- When a reference or reviewer signs in with their campus credentials via the Applicants and Administrators tab rather than with their email and password via the References and Reviewers tab, the system will immediately identify them as a potential student applicant and take them to the applicant portal.
- The reference/reviewer now has two accounts in the system: one as a student (under their campus ID) and one as a reference/reviewer (under their email address)
- Contact Support and provide us with the user's email address and UID. We will deactivate the duplicate account and assist you with getting them logged in.
