Locate the opportunity and check the following areas on the Qualifications tab and Details tab; your settings may be keeping the system from matching applications as expected:
  1. Qualifications are too specific, so no student meets the qualifications. Solution: Edit the qualifications so that more students qualify.
  2. Qualifications are based on an outdated question (ex. Fall 2017 hours enrolled). Solution: Remove or update the qualifications. 
  3. There are no qualifications specified; without qualifications, the system is not able to find qualified applicants to match into the opportunity.  Solution: Add qualifications.
  4. The opportunity is not open. Solution: Add or adjust the Start Date. 
If you feel that a specific applicant is qualified and the system should have matched the application into an Automatch opportunity, you can troubleshoot further.
