Keep in mind that apply-to opportunities only have an End Date, whereas automatch opportunities have both a Public and Internal End Date. The Public End Date on automatches is the same as End Date on apply-to's.

If a question is added after an opportunity has closed:
If a question is added after the Public End Date of an opportunity has passed, including questions added to the General or Conditional applications or via an import file, those questions will not be displayed within the opportunities.
  • In order for the new question to propagate down to the ended opportunity, you must move the public end date forward in time and essentially "reopen" the opportunity via the public end date.
  • In order to see the answers to these questions, you must also extend the internal end date.

If a question is answered after an opportunity has closed:
If questions are answered on the General or Conditional applications or updated via an import file after the Internal End Date has passed and the opportunity has closed, including administrator questions, those questions will not be displayed within the opportunities.

  • In order for the new question to propagate down to the ended opportunity, you must move the internal end date to a date in time when the answers existed.
  • Please note that once the answers propagate down to the opportunity, you cannot return the end date to the original date or the answers will disappear. (This only works for answers submitted after the internal end date, and not for questions that were added after the end date.)
