Error: Execution timeout expired. Timeout period elapsed prior to completion of operation or server not responding

You may see the following error when clicking Online Express, it will start to update to add Opt-out consent to records and then timeout with the following error.

Error: Execution timeout expired. Timeout period elapsed prior to completion of operation or server not responding 
This is resolved with the 7/24/2018 Online Express release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Raiser's Edge.
  2. Click Online Express.
  3. You will see "Updating...Adding Opt-out consent to records"
  4. After about a minute you see error " Execution Timeout Expired. Timeout period elapsed prior to completion of operation or server not responding
