The limit within the Blackbaud SKY files location is intended as a temporary storage area that allows users to move files from their hosted services to their local machines (or vice versa). Each site and user account are restricted to specific data size limits in the environment. If a site wishes to temporarily increase the available size limit in the Tenant File Share location, this can be temporary increased for 6 weeks.

To temporarily increase this limit:
  1. Contact Support and reference this article
  2. Once the temporary six-week account limit is in place, your Customer Support case owner will notify you.
Note: Once the six week timeline is met, this location will automatically reset to the original limit without additional notification. Any extension to this timeline would require submitting a new request.
