Start your query:
  1. Go to Analysis 
  2. Click Information Library
  3. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  4. Select Constituent and click OK

Add fields to Include records where:
  1. From the left-hand side of query select Constituent, From the middle select Is Individual and move it over to include records where and set equal to yes.
  2. From the left-hand side of query select Constituent, From the middle select Gender and move it over to include records where and set equal to female.
  3. From the left-hand side of query select Household Belonging To, and from the middle select Is Current and move to include records where and set equal to yes.
Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1.  To get the constituents name- From the left-hand side select Constituent, from the middle select Name and move to results fields to display.
  2. To get phone number or email address
