Error: This Blackbaud ID is linked with 0 eTapestry accounts when linking to Blackbaud ID to eTapestry Login

When linking my Blackbaud ID to my eTapestry account I'm getting an error:
This Blackbaud ID is linked with 0 eTapestry accounts

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to eTapestry
  2. Click “Manage your Blackbaud ID for eTapestry”
  3. Click to sign in with your Blackbaud ID 
  4. Receive error: "This Blackbaud ID is linked with 0 eTapestry accounts"
  5. If you click "Link to another eTapestry account," then enter your eTapestry credentials it says that those eTapestry credentials are already linked or an error that says "This Blackbaud ID is linked with 0 eTapestry accounts"
