If you receive this error, there is a good chance that there was a configuration change either in your environment or with files on our end.

One way to determine this is to check on the timestamp of a file called 'Gifts.cfg'. If you or your IT team can navigate to your GIFTS or IGAM directory and check on the cfg file, look at the time that it was last adjusted. If that time is very recent to when the incident occurred, it is likely that the file changed and the change is responsible for the error.
