I am trying to manually enroll a family into Smart Tuition and they did not provide a valid email address. It will not allow me to process the enrollment.
If a family does not have a valid email address at the time of enrollment the Smart Tuition system will not allow you to complete registration. To complete registration enter either the school's email address or the school administrator's email address. This will allow you to complete registration and enroll the family into Smart.
Contact information can be changed at any time in the Update Parent and Student Information page of the family account.
NOTE: You must REMOVE the email address from the family account after completing enrollment to prevent any duplicate exceptions from popping up when registering future families.
